About The Position

This is a full-time, year-round position for a Shipping Clerk working the night shift. The hours are from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required. Hours may vary depending on production needs. The role involves handling all aspects of shipping, setting up and billing out orders, and distributing proper documents to drivers. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of WA state grade standards.
• Must have the ability to read running orders.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must have a can-do attitude.
• Must be a fast learner.
• Must work well as a team.
• Must be able to multitask, and good attention to detail.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must be flexible with working schedule including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of WMS system is a plus.
• Prior shipping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of shipping.
