Responsibilities

• Gather and verify product pulled for daily orders.
• Box product per the standard work procedures per product.
• Process and fulfill orders (both domestic and international) on the computer.
• Enter shipping details on computer to create shipping labels.
• Keep the shipping area and workbenches in a clean and tidy condition daily.
• Work with the team and independently to achieve the daily workload.
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal teams and customers.
• Lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ensure boxes are on the correct outgoing belts and assist carriers with outgoing items.
• Restock shipping benches, freezers, and monitor inventory levels of packaging material.
• Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors for a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow a continuous improvement approach for team accountability for achieving high performance targets.
• Comply with company ethics, code of conduct, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years' experience in a manufacturing shipping and receiving environment.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
