About The Position

As a Shipper at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient material handling, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working with warehouse equipment. Shift: 3rd Shift - 9pm - 7am

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Champion and enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment.
Process and fulfill orders from customers and internal teams.
Pick, pack, and stage orders, verifying accuracy using scanning tools.
Load shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, reporting any damages.
Replenish warehouse stock and rotate inventory.
Standardize and optimize shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance.
