About the position
As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and guiding a team of baristas. Responsibilities
- Lead each shift and manage store operations.
- Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products.
- Motivate and guide team members to create an uplifting experience.
- Maintain store safety and security standards.
- Handle cash and ensure accurate cash management.
- Train and coach baristas on beverage preparation and customer service.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage collaboration.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
- 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
- 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating team efforts.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
