Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant during assigned periods.
• Provide superior customer service in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
• Greet customers and answer phone calls.
• Prepare sandwiches and take customer payments.
• Ensure product preparation and store cleanliness.
• Complete opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team development and management.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control, and food preparation.

• Current or willingness to achieve Serv Safe certification.
