About the position
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role at CVS Health is an entry-level position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities
- Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
- Communicate effectively with store management and crew members.
- Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints.
- Promote CVS customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
