Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Enforce labor laws and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness

Requirements
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Clear understanding of sanitation related issues and necessary precautions for food preparation and handling
- Proven success in building and cultivating strong positive working relationships
- Ability to safely perform essential job functions consistent with company policies and procedures
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with arms and hands
- Must maintain balance to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours a day in hazardous environments
- Ability to execute frequent repetitive physical motions for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to work in high stress, high temperature environments for up to 8 hours a day
