About the position
Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. The role focuses on training, coaching, and developing team members while ensuring excellent food quality and guest service. The Shift Manager will also connect with the community to enhance the brand's presence.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop a strong team at Marco's Pizza.
- Provide excellent leadership and people skills to enhance team performance.
- Focus on personal and team growth, sharing skills with others.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness.
- Learn and implement Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
- Achieve results while maintaining guest service and product quality.
- Establish community connections and partnerships to grow the brand.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
