The Shift Leader at Einstein Bros. Bagels plays a crucial role in managing daily operations, ensuring a positive guest experience, and leading the team. This position involves collaborating with the General Manager, motivating team members, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Shift Leaders are empowered to take charge, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and have opportunities for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass a background check as applicable.
• Possession of or ability to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
