About the position
The Taco Bell Shift Leader plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by ensuring smooth operations during shifts. This position involves taking ownership of the restaurant's performance, maintaining Taco Bell's standards, and fostering a positive work environment for team members and customers alike.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective work shifts.
- Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food.
- Maintain a safe environment for both Team Members and customers.
- Provide guidance and support to Team Members as needed.
- Solve problems with a positive attitude and seek help when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion position.
- Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to do basic business math.
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
