About the position
The Shift Leader at Five Guys is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager. This role emphasizes leadership, team motivation, and ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Leader will also engage in crew training and maintain safety and health compliance while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
- Assign tasks and train crew members during shifts.
- Motivate and lead the team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Manage customer relationships and service quality.
- Accountable for the overall shift performance.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is required.
