Responsibilities
- Support the management team in daily operations of the restaurant.
- Assist in training, retaining, and recognizing high-performing employees.
- Drive a customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training staff to meet service standards.
- Ensure food safety standards are met during shifts.
- Execute cash, inventory, labor, and food control procedures during shifts.
- Partner with management to implement restaurant-level plans and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- ServSafe certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One or more years of restaurant experience required.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
