Shift Lead Security Officer
About The Position
The Shift Lead Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. The Shift Lead Security Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in security roles, including operations center responsibilities such as monitoring alarms, access control systems, and responding to emergencies remotely.
- Demonstrated strong report-writing skills and proficiency with camera and security technologies.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level clients.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
