About the position

The SF Office Workplace Coordinator at Crusoe plays a crucial role in creating exceptional workplace experiences in the San Francisco office. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the operational needs of a rapidly growing team. The coordinator will manage front desk operations, office facilities, and employee engagement activities, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the office, greeting employees, guests, and vendors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage visitor check-ins using the Visitor Management system, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Act as the go-to resource for general office-related inquiries, such as locating resources.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas are clean, well-stocked, and functional and address as necessary.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including setting up and tearing down spaces and coordinating catering.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
  • Support various office-related tasks such as preparing for new hire onboarding and setting up visiting employees.
  • Contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that reflects Crusoe's culture.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the workplace experience.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in workplace coordination or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
  • Skilled in managing day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, office supply management, and event support.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams across departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, prioritization, and multitasking.
  • Experience in logistics coordination and maintaining a functional, safe, and well-organized office environment.
  • Creative problem-solver who consistently brings fresh ideas to enhance the workplace experience and improve operational efficiency.
