Responsibilities

  • Setup, operate, and run sewing machines upon written instructions provided
  • Ensure each job is produced to customer specifications, meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Read and understand job tickets
  • Follow all safety policies and regulations, report any potential hazards, near misses or accidents immediately
  • Perform routine maintenance on the machines
  • Work with frames to fit fabric samples for quality control
  • Fulfillment work and packing fabric and materials to be shipped out
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a sewing operator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a crew/team
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience on Impulsa and Juki sewing machines is a plus
