About the position
WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with ten locations all over Texas. When you join WCTractor, you will work alongside leaders who set the standards responsible for our reputation as an industry leader. As a Set Up Technician with WCTractor, you will gain service technician experience while assembling agricultural, turf, and light construction equipment. Most WC Tractor Set Up Technicians work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently set up equipment of various types
- Complete inspections on equipment
- Inspect, clean and maintain all equipment used
- Report any faulty equipment or hazards to supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
