Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on a wide range of tractors and equipment both in the shop and in the field.
- Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Complete detailed reports and documentation for all work performed, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry knowledge related to agricultural and construction equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities and adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant experience as a tractor technician or similar role.
- Must have your own full set of tools to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day.
- Valid Driver's License required for fieldwork and service calls.
