About the position

The Service Technician at Primo Water Corporation is responsible for maintaining and servicing water vending machines, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, and representing the brand effectively. This role involves performing repairs, sanitation, and maintenance on equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards. The technician will also manage inventory, conduct inspections, and foster relationships with customers to enhance their experience with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Build high impact relationships with customers.
• Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and close service requirements accurately.
• Load equipment parts and manage inventory.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Collect cash and coins from designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Ability to use application-based handheld devices.
• Excellent planning, time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills proficiency.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods when servicing equipment.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driver qualification standards.
