About The Position

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players to join their team as a Service Technician. This role offers a chance to build a long-term career with comprehensive training provided, making automotive experience unnecessary. As a Service Technician, you will help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles by performing maintenance, inspections, and providing excellent customer service. Team members are fully cross-trained in various automotive services.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
