The Service Technician plays a critical role within our Service Department, supporting over 3,000+ annual service calls. This in-field role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential swimming pool systems and related equipment. Service calls include pool openings and closings, pump and heater repairs, plumbing repairs, leak detection, equipment upgrades, and general troubleshooting. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time seasonal position, typically beginning in early April and running through November each year.
