About the position

The Service Technician role involves providing pool maintenance and repair services, including water chemistry management, equipment inspection, and cleaning tasks. The position offers training in essential skills and emphasizes customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Obtain water readings and adjust water chemistry from given instructions.
• Inspect all equipment and verify proper functionality, making minor repairs when necessary.
• Brush walls and floors of pool and spa; net and remove all unwanted objects from pool and spa.
• Use our custom smartphone app to communicate all services performed and special notes.
• Perform basic mechanical skills (i.e., use screwdrivers, disassemble pool cleaners, etc.).
• Ensure each property is left as you found it, except for a clean pool (no debris left, all gates closed and locked, etc.).

Requirements

• A valid California driver's license and must furnish a MVR from DMV.
• 5 years clean driving record and no lapses of driver's license for 5 years.
• Excellent customer service attitude and self-motivated.
• Enjoy working outdoors (Rain or shine).
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• CPO certification is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in pool cleaning is a plus.
