About the position
TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for The Brightly apartments located in Davenport, FL. This role involves performing maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of the apartment facilities, providing excellent customer service, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Assume emergency on-call duties
- Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager
- Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily
- Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager
Requirements
- Must have multi-family experience
- A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and write English
- HVAC certification is required
- Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds
- Must own required tools
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces essential
- Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
