About the position

The Service Technician for Agricultural Equipment at Oxbo International Corporation is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and providing technical support for agricultural machinery. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency service both at the company's location and at customer sites. The technician will ensure high-quality customer service through effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair agricultural equipment and machinery.
• Provide technical support and customer service through diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repair operations.
• Respond to emergency service requests, including after-hours service on a rotating basis.
• Work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics to complete repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology.
• Vocational training in relevant fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical skills.
• Ability to work from schematics and manuals.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
