We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Service Support team! As a vital part of our support structure, this team serves as the hub for the Field Operation team across seven states. This position is set in a call center environment where you will interact with technicians and customers via phone and a variety of computer systems. This is a fast-paced role with a high call volume that offers both challenges and rewards. This position also has sales incentive opportunities. If you’re eager to learn and grow, this is the perfect team for you!

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a point of contact between field technicians and customers
  • Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Use multiple computer programs to input and track service requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem-resolution
  • Offer solutions to customers – new products, new internet, new services, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Other tasks as assigned
