As a vital part of our support structure, this team serves as the hub for the Field Operation team across seven states. This position is set in a call center environment where you will interact with technicians and customers via phone and a variety of computer systems. This is a fast-paced role with a high call volume that offers both challenges and rewards. This position also has sales incentive opportunities.
