About the position

The Outsource Service Coordinator role focuses on managing service orders and providing support to customers. This position involves data entry, communication with technicians, and ensuring the accuracy of service-related information. The coordinator will also be responsible for processing orders and utilizing various tools to manage service requests effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in shared Excel spreadsheets.
  • Review measurement reports and compare them to online tools for quality assurance.
  • Engage technicians as needed to ensure service accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize customer guides for processing assets and service requests.
  • Activate work orders for third-party suppliers and manage multi-vendor interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in service support or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in order processing.
  • 1 year of experience in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
