About the position

The ServiceNow Delivery Lead at Accenture is responsible for providing leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs for Fortune 500 clients. This role involves advising clients on strategic decisions related to their ticketing roadmap, CMDB transformation, and platform DevOps, while overseeing execution and architecture across various ServiceNow modules. The Delivery Lead will also manage relationships with ServiceNow leadership, drive continuous improvements in implementation methodologies, and identify opportunities to add value for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Advise clients on strategic decisions regarding their ticketing roadmap and CMDB transformation.
  • Oversee execution and architecture across CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow PS, Customer Success, and Product Engineering leadership.
  • Lead and manage the implementation project team.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and work with ServiceNow account teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in-depth ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience with MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Project Management/Delivery experience or certification in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • PMP or CSM certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture.
  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology.
