About the position

The position involves providing leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs for Fortune 500 clients, advising on strategic decisions related to ticketing roadmaps and CMDB transformations, and managing the execution and architecture across various ServiceNow modules. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in enterprise software or consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
  • Advise clients on strategic decisions that help deliver collective outcomes on their ticketing roadmap, the CMDB transformation and platform DevOps.
  • Oversee the execution and architecture across (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).
  • Provide leadership oversight and guide additional programs at a Fortune 500 client that rely on the CMDB transformation and manage dependencies.
  • Oversee KPI measurement, connect RAID log across all ServiceNow programs and lead steering reviews with VP community and CIO/CTO.
  • Coordinate and manage the relationship with the ServiceNow PS, Customer Success and Product Engineering leadership.
  • Lead and manage the implementation project team.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in-depth ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience with MS Project.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Project Management/Delivery experience or certification in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

  • PMP or CSM certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture.
  • A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management.
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferred.
