Leith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Wendell has an outstanding opportunity for a Service Manager to join their team and the Holman Family! Principal Purpose of Position: Offers and ensures that the shop offers the highest level of customer service. Manages all aspects of service department operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records. Ensures that the daily inventory of Technician's time is consistently sold to service clients. Serves as a liaison between the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration. Through communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment. Promotes the recruitment and development of some or all: Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers and non-management employees. Liaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectives. Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
