Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in the service lane and matching them with their assigned service advisor.
- Maintaining organization of the parking lot, including accurately labeling vehicles upon check-in and parking them in the designated area.
- Driving the shuttle vehicle to drop off/pick up customers within a reasonable radius of the store.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the shuttle vehicle.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Ability to comfortably maneuver large luxury SUVs (Lincoln Navigator).
- Must be at least 25 years old.
