Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to take incoming service calls and respond to customer requests including invoicing and billing questions.
Ability to obtain customer purchase orders.
Ability to schedule field labor.
Self-starter with excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to work well independently as well as with the team.
Three to five years of prior experience in a customer service-related industry.
Prior experience working with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

An Associate’s degree in an applicable program is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Operations Manager, Superintendents, and Field Staff.
Scheduling, dispatching technicians, running weekly and monthly trending reports, forecasting labor, and maintaining and answering questions regarding Maintenance Contracts.
Providing exceptional customer service to both internal (Field) & external customers.
Dispatching field technicians to service calls throughout the week.
