As we continue to grow, we're excited to add a Service Coordinator to our Operations team in our Needham, MA office. As a Service Coordinator, you'll be on the front lines solving problems and ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll coordinate the schedules for our service teams, maximizing productivity and profitability while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the service schedule for a specific region, managing up to 10 technicians.
  • Optimize daily productivity by scheduling work based on technicians' skills and route efficiency.
  • Hold technicians accountable to time and attendance policies and ensure adherence to the set service schedule.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, assisting with revisions to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong customer service skills to handle client interactions and resolve any issues effectively.

Requirements

  • College degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, project management, coordination, or facility services preferred.
  • Interest in learning new technology is essential. We use ServiceTrade, an industry-specific program-training will be provided, but success comes from your initiative in developing your skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
  • A customer-focused, professional approach to every interaction and task.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts geography is a plus, but not required.
