About The Position

Modern Chevrolet Winston-Salem is looking for a top-performing Service Advisor to join the team. Must have a verifiable track record of exceptional performance in the service lane. Compensation exceeds/ or is competitive with most Service Advisor pay in the market. Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in an automotive service dealership preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding organizational and follow up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to occasionally to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
  • Advise customers on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle according to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
