The Automotive Service Advisor at Casey Auto Group is responsible for overseeing service orders and ensuring customers receive prompt and effective service. Responsibilities

  • Oversees service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
  • Ensures that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Takes ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
  • Provides concierge support for all owner inquiries, ensuring customers are not mishandled.
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distributes work between technicians efficiently.
  • Answers technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintains customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
  • Assists in diagnosing vehicle problems; orders parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversees administration of warranty claims and training of the service department.
  • Sets schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintains good working relationships with factories and fosters positive employee relations.
  • Collaborates with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.
