Responsibilities
- Efficiently managing assigned table section including the pace and experience of each Guest following our hospitality standards
- Making memorable first and last impressions
- Proper use of all Point of Sale equipment
- Using food and beverage menu knowledge to recommend favorites and provide recommendations
- Anticipating needs, processing Guests orders, and taking payment in a hospitable, timely manner
