About the position

As a Server at First Watch, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and a deep knowledge of the menu, allowing you to provide high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. • Deliver exceptional customer service by following the Five Steps of Service.
• Support fellow team members and promote a culture of teamwork.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu to assist customers effectively.
• Treat customers and team members with kindness and respect.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to multi-task and manage tableside responsibilities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
