About the position

The Server Support position at Zuma - Las Vegas is focused on providing exceptional service to guests while assisting the kitchen staff with food production. The role involves ensuring a pleasant dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, setting up and clearing tables, and supporting the service crew in various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
• Present food to guests according to the restaurant's guidelines.
• Keep runner stations stocked with supplies.
• Set and clear tables in accordance with company standards.
• Serve water while safely transporting items to and from the kitchen areas.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing duties, as well as periodic deep cleaning duties.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the restaurant's products.
• Complete opening and closing side work and maintain a well-stocked side station area.
• Work as a member of the restaurant team and interact positively with service crew.
• Anticipate and service the guest's needs before requests are made.
• Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures.
