SERVER LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time SERVER LEAD position. This role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The Server Lead will serve as the point person for work-related requests communicated to unit management, train and acclimate new associates, demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients, and promptly address and correct any complaints or issues. The role also assists in employee selection and orientation, oversees staff training, and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience required.
- Open availability required.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.

- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
