About the position
The Server position at Tangled Roots Brewing Co. is a full-time role focused on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the team to ensure a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate guest needs, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to guests.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, especially under pressure.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Collect payments and prepare checks for tables.
- Assist food preparation staff as needed.
- Perform opening, closing, and ongoing side work, including cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- B.A.S.S.E.T Certified & ServSafe certified within 2 weeks of employment.
- Experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
