An individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills. You must be able to work in an active environment with the ability to multi-task. A history of customer service and a friendly manner are also required.
Responsibilities
Field phone calls from customers and document issues in CRM system
Order product as needed
Confirm all service agreements are uploaded and orders are placed
Track services for completion and quality check
Follow up that product is ordered immediately and correctly for project
Contact customers periodically to update on material orders and expected start date
Schedule all services and Caps and Covers
Work with reputation person on positive feedback from customers
Track the processing of all Return Merchandise Authorization
Work with Service Tech each morning, collect paperwork from day before
