Responsibilities

  • Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients.

  • Administer medications accurately and document controlled substance administration.
  • Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Provide direction or coordinate unit activities as directed.
  • Communicate therapeutically and professionally with all involved in patient treatment.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
  • One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service preferred.
