About The Position

Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female-specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Requirements

At least 2 years of post-high school education
2 years of experience working with youth
At least 21 years of age
Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program.
Create an atmosphere that supports students' needs.
Monitor and document student behavior at night.
Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Assist with training Coach Counselors in coaching techniques, group interactions, and program requirements.
May require receiving state training as a Medication Aide to assist with the morning medication pass for our youth.
This is an awake night position.
