About the position

As an HRIS Advisor, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, with a particular emphasis on Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Security. You will partner with the HR Team, offering consultancy and recommendations, while collaborating with your teammates worldwide. Additionally, you will implement solutions to enhance both the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a deep understanding of HR process and technology.
  • Implement solutions and enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday platform.
  • Optimize and automate HR workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Implement user-friendly configurations that make it easier for employees to access and use HR services.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous configuration and regular audits.
  • Introduce new features and functionalities that keep the HR system up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation, leading annual compensation cycles, or as an implementation partner.
  • Experience configuring Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong Workday Security knowledge.
  • Workday reporting & calculated field experience.
  • Strong knowledge with process optimization, interpreting Workday functional, research and gaps within the product to provide alternate solutions guide functional team members and customers.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Workday.
  • Offer configuration expertise and guidance to HRIS team members and stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative, with a problem-solving, design-thinking, and customer-centric mindset, coupled with a high level of curiosity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in acquisition integration work to seamlessly integrate HR systems solutions.
