About the position

We are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our boutique, high-touch investment advisory firm focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for a seasoned advisor with a strong client-first ethos and a long-term commitment to excellence. With our target clientele holding $2M+ in investable assets, we’re looking for someone who can both advise and attract clients in this niche segment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic, tailored wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients.
  • Build and deepen relationships through proactive, consultative financial planning.
  • Manage client portfolios with a disciplined investment philosophy.
  • Collaborate closely with internal investment and planning teams to deliver consistent results.
  • Drive business development through referrals, networking, and client retention strategies.
  • Maintain impeccable compliance standards and ethical conduct.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth manager.
  • Proven ability to serve clients with $2M+ in investable assets.
  • A transferrable book of business is highly preferred but not required.
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, and relevant state registrations.
  • CFP® designation or strong progress toward certification is a plus.
  • Driven by client success, not just transactions—seeking a long-term home.
