About the position
The Senior Video Producer at Future PLC is responsible for leading the ideation and production of engaging long-form video content for branded partners, as well as creating video-first content for social media platforms. This role involves collaboration across various teams to produce high-quality original content that resonates with audiences and performs well across multiple platforms. The position requires managing all aspects of production, from concept development to final delivery, while ensuring that content is optimized for social media engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce long-form, branded content that drives business and resonates with our audience.
- Lead the development of narrative-driven video content across various formats and platforms, including social-friendly short-form and long-form video for advertisers.
- Ensure that long-form content can be adapted for multiple platforms, optimizing for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate closely with creative, editorial, and commercial teams to execute branded video campaigns, tentpole events, and original series.
- Lead production for both long-form and short-form content, managing all aspects from concept development to final delivery.
- Oversee shoot schedules, budgets, and production timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and creative goals.
- Analyze content performance across platforms, refining strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video production, with a focus on branded and long-form content.
- Experience working with media outlets, magazines or publishers.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the ability to adapt content for different formats and audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and balancing long-term goals with short-term needs.
