About the position

The Senior Vice President Operations Home Health at AccentCare is responsible for overseeing Home Health operations and sales activities to ensure the financial and clinical success of the organization. This role involves managing the Home Health clinical application and ensuring that documentation standards are met. Responsibilities

• Oversee Home Health operations and sales activities to ensure financial and clinical success.
• Monitor the rollout of the Home Health clinical application to existing and newly acquired branches.
• Interface with internal clinical management to ensure documentation standards are met.
• Develop and implement training protocols for clinical workflow integration.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline required; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in senior level management operations oversight of healthcare, home health, and/or hospice clinical care delivery.
• Outstanding communication skills and self-confidence to work with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and task analysis skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
