About the position

The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations by ensuring efficient cash management and overseeing the administration of banking platforms globally. This position involves supporting various treasury operations, including daily cash management, cash reporting, liquidity monitoring, and payment processing, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient daily cash management and reporting.
  • Manage and administer the company's banking platforms worldwide.
  • Monitor daily liquidity and support payment processing.
  • Handle transaction management for cash pool operations.
  • Manage the treasury inbox and assist with documentation management.
  • Develop process improvement strategies for treasury operations.
  • Compile information for FBAR government reporting.
  • Serve as the administrator of online banking platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury.
  • Experience in cash reporting and cash forecasting.
  • Familiarity with journal entries and releasing wires for accounts payable.
  • Experience in balancing and reconciling financial data.
  • Understanding of debits and credits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with larger ERP systems, ideally SAP.

  • Comfort with manual work during SAP integration.
