About the position
The Senior Training Specialist for Retirement & Private Wealth at HUB International will play a crucial role in the CRM project team, focusing on planning and facilitating training for the Dynamics CRM platform. This position aims to ensure user adoption and create an effective communication strategy for the CRM implementation, working closely with Subject Matter Experts and various office locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a training program, including supporting materials, for a broad user group, servicing multiple disciplines within the wealth management and retirement verticals
- Facilitate training and provide mentorship during a phased rollout plan to various office locations
- Drive user adoption and engagement of the CRM platform through effective communication, training programs and change management initiatives
- Providing troubleshooting assistance and guidance for the end user
- Act as a change champion and support enhancements/initiatives to educate business users on impending changes in their work
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics; Microsoft Dynamics certification is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to leverage tools to build engaging communications and training materials
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Excellent large and small group facilitation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
