As a Senior Technical Recruiter (P4), you'll drive functional strategy for AI adoption within talent acquisition, identifying transformational opportunities that create competitive advantage in how we source, assess, and close technical talent. You will build scalable AI-powered recruiting workflows — from intelligent sourcing and candidate screening to automated scheduling and pipeline analytics — that fundamentally change how work gets done. You will serve as a trusted advisor to TA leadership on AI capabilities, limitations, and strategic implications for technical hiring, and establish governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI usage across the recruiting function. We encourage all candidates to share examples of how they've used AI tools in their work — whether sourcing automation, outreach personalization, or data-driven pipeline analysis.
