As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Field, you will be responsible for providing a stellar Sourcing, Recruitment & Selection experience for all candidates and Hiring Managers. Working in partnership with the Recruitment Manager and Operational Hiring Managers, the Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process by providing sourcing, pre-screening, selection and pre-employment support. As a trusted business partner, you will act as a consultant for developing hiring plans and recruiting strategies for our Operations teams. We work in a high-volume environment and with leaders who have very specific needs that require creative sourcing strategies. In addition to recruitment, this Sr. Recruiter will have oversight of our partnerships with staffing agencies, trades schools, post-secondary institutions, training institutions, and community partners. You will also be responsible for managing your work in Workday as your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and delivering against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by leadership. This individual will serve as a culture ambassador who will help drive change in the company and enhance the candidate's experience.
