Trusted platform owner: Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for your applications—partnering with Procurement, Finance, IT Ops, Cybersecurity, QA/ITQ, and vendors. Future‑ready systems: Anticipate vendor cloud releases, drive upgrades and integrations, and embed compliance (GxP/GAMP5, cGMP, ISO) into everything we deliver.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years managing enterprise applications in complex, matrixed environments; 5+ years focused on procurement systems (Jaggaer, SAP MM/SRM/Ariba).
  • Proven platform ownership: roadmaps, governance, and delivery of medium‑to‑large enhancements and integrations.
  • Hands‑on experience in regulated environments (GxP, GAMP5, CSV), with audit/inspection readiness.
  • Strong ITIL/ITSM background; confident with data integrity, access/security, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and executive‑ready communication skills.
  • Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background to deliver against role expectations.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree; ITIL Foundation v3/v4 (intermediate a plus).
  • Jaggaer administration or SAP module certs (MM, Ariba).
  • PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master; experience with Agile and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls, SOD, and audit/compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with LoB leaders and process owners to translate business strategy into system capabilities and prioritized roadmaps; manage expectations and change readiness.
  • Lead day-to-day reliability, performance, and security of Jaggaer and SAP procurement ecosystems; oversee incident/problem management, root cause analysis, and preventative actions.
  • Define platform standards, configuration baselines, and governance; steward data integrity, access control, and segregation of duties; champion continuous improvement.
  • Assess vendor releases, conduct impact analysis, plan/test deployments, and coordinate global rollout; ensure backward compatibility and documentation updates.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, solution design, configuration, and testing for enhancements and integrations; ensure alignment with architecture, compliance, and security policies.
  • Author and maintain SOPs, work instructions, configuration guides, support runbooks, and training materials; enable first-level support through clear, current documentation.
  • Champion ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge); establish KPIs/SLAs, measure performance, and drive continual service improvement (CSI).
  • Lead CSV activities (requirements, risk assessment, test scripts, traceability, reporting); support audits/inspections; ensure adherence to cGMP, ISO, data integrity, and change control.
  • Serve as primary liaison with vendors/MSPs for deliverables, SLAs, defect remediation, and product roadmaps; contribute to contract renewals and licensing strategies.
  • Partner with Procurement/Finance to sustain master data quality and control effectiveness (e.g., SOX-related controls where applicable); maintain risk registers and mitigations.
  • Lead small-to-medium projects and contribute to larger programs using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid; ensure operational readiness, training, and adoption.
